DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Carly Hoffman, LPCC

Carly Hoffman, LPCC is the Director of Clinical Customer Success at Spring Health. She is a licensed clinician with behavioral health experience in non and for profit settings, private practice, day treatment, and on the payer side. Carly is skilled in trauma informed care, psychoeducation, clinical supervision, clinical program development, and group therapy.

Sita Nadathur, Psy.D.

Dr. Sita Nadathur believes everyone has the internal resources to heal and grow. Her approach to therapy is strength-based and collaborative with a goal to provide guidance and support during difficult times. Dr. Sita obtained her doctorate from the University of Hartford where she was trained in a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and trauma focused therapy.
