DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT, CAREGIVER EXPERIENCE, SPRING HEALTH
Terri Casteron
Terri Casterton is an enthusiastic and purpose-driven product leader who has spent her career bringing multidisciplinary teams together to bridge big picture thinking with tactical execution that removes friction in the experience for providers and patients. In her previous roles with Bottle Rocket,a digital experience agency, and SCL Health, a $3 billion in annual revenue Denver-based healthcare system, Terri worked with operational leaders and product teams to identify and execute new opportunities that moved the needle on access to care, operational efficiencies, and patient experience. Her key areas of focus included launching multiple D2C virtual health offerings that resulted in 30% growth in utilization and serving as product owner for the creation of a digital front door consumer app that grew online appointment bookings by 10%.
Earlier in her career, Terri served in a variety of roles for SCL Health and Cerner, including leading EHR implementations in the US and UK, working with clinical partners to design decision support to improve provider workflows while bettering outcomes for multiple disease states, and navigating the complexities of a CMS-driven EHR incentive program to the tune of $50 million in incentive payments. Terri’s thought leadership has been showcased in speaking engagements with HIMSS, Dreamforce, and the American Telemedicine Association.
Terri, a committed lifelong learner, holds an MBA from Cornell, an MS in Healthcare Research and Policy from Weill Cornell Medicine, a BS in Management Information Systems from Iowa State, and is a certified yoga instructor. Outside of the office, Terri embraces the Colorado lifestyle by biking, hiking, snowboarding, and camping with her partner Josh and elderly ( but still very energetic!) dog, Jezebel. Terri is happiest when she is moving, trying new things/meeting new people, or making meals for her friends and family.
