LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST AT SPRING HEALTH
Dr. Aleesha Grier-Rogers
Dr. Aleesha Grier-Rogers is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (CT, ME, NV, and NY). She completed her doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Yale School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, in the Division of Addictions. Dr. Grier-Rogers’s training focused the treatment of substance use and related co-occurring disorders, including intimate partner violence.
LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST AT SPRING HEALTH
Dr. Aleesha Grier-Rogers
Dr. Aleesha Grier-Rogers is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (CT, ME, NV, and NY). She holds both an M.A. in Psychology and Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from the University of Hartford. She completed her doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Yale School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, in the Division of Addictions. Dr. Grier-Rogers’s training focused the treatment of substance use and related co-occurring disorders, including intimate partner violence. She also holds a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
Dr. Grier-Rogers has over 15 years of experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adult clients. Her experience includes providing individual and group therapy in both outpatient and inpatient settings. For over a decade Dr. Grier-Rogers has been a clinical supervisor to multidisciplinary mental health clinicians. She has supervised doctoral interns as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale School of Medicine, and doctoral student trainees from the University of Hartford. Dr. Grier-Rogers has taught psychology to both undergraduate and graduate students at Southern Connecticut State University, University of New Haven, and Charter Oak State College.
Dr. Grier-Rogers clinical interests include treating depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, gambling, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship issues, work stress, the mental health needs of women, providing gender affirming care, and the mental health needs of bariatric patients (pre- and post-surgery). She is passionate about delivering culturally competent clinical services, working with diverse and underserved populations (including people of color, LGBTQ+ community), and creating inclusive clinical and educational settings. Her clinical practice relies heavily on cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), psychodynamic, harm reduction, relapse prevention, and mindfulness approaches. Dr. Grier-Rogers also works as a DEI practitioner and consulting psychologist in an independent high school.

Dan Harrah, LCSW
Dan Harrah is a licensed clinician with over 12 years of behavioral health experience, primarily in direct clinical practice (INPT Psychiatric setting). As National Director of Clinical Partnerships at Spring Health, Dan consults with existing and prospective partner organizations on their specific goals around supporting employee emotional well-being.

Dan Harrah, LCSW
Dan Harrah is a licensed clinician with over 12 years of behavioral health experience, primarily in direct clinical practice (INPT Psychiatric setting). As National Director of Clinical Partnerships at Spring Health, Dan consults with existing and prospective partner organizations on their specific goals around supporting employee emotional well-being. He also develops and delivers training modules, and supports Spring’s clinical programming strategy. Dan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Social Work, both from the University of Michigan.

Christopher Brunson
Chris Brunson is the Vice President of Total Rewards at General Mills, which includes executive compensation, compensation, benefits and wellbeing. Prior to joining General Mills, Chris was the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Shared Services at Celanese Corporation, a global technology and materials company. Before Celanese, he spent four years in a variety of HR leadership roles at The Hershey Company, including roles as the Sr. Director, Total Rewards, Global Benefits and Wellbeing and as the Sr. Director, Talent Management and Organization Design.
