Join us for a conversation led by Spring Health clinicians to learn about when and how to speak up and how to develop effective communication skills. The discussion will include:
- Exploring the mental health benefits of advocating for your needs
- Recognizing when we need to speak up and why
- Understanding the difference between assertive and aggressive communication
- Identifying strategies for becoming more comfortable with speaking up
- Learning how therapy can support you
