Riley End
Riley End is the Chief Operating Officer at Spring Health. He oversees Provider Operations, Care Navigation, Care Support, Health Plan Operations and Business Operations. Previously, Riley was the Vice President of Growth and Operations at Bloc, an online education company that was acquired in early 2018 by Thinkful, now part of Chegg.

Riley End
Riley End is the Chief Operating Officer at Spring Health. He oversees Provider Operations, Care Navigation, Care Support, Health Plan Operations and Business Operations. Previously, Riley was the Vice President of Growth and Operations at Bloc, an online education company that was acquired in early 2018 by Thinkful, now part of Chegg. Prior to that Riley was the co-founder and CEO of a social impact e-commerce platform after spending several years in investment banking. Riley graduated from Dartmouth College. Outside of work, Riley is an avid skier, trail runner and road biker. He lives in Connecticut with his wife Courtney, son Holden and daughter Scout.

Merraf Abel, MPH, MFT
Merraf Abel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and a Provider Lead at Spring Health. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine with a specialization in Mindful Leadership in Healthcare from Saybrook University.

LICENSED THERAPIST AND PROVIDER LEAD AT SPRING HEALTH
Merraf Abel, MPH, MFT
Merraf Abel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and a Provider Lead at Spring Health. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine with a specialization in Mindful Leadership in Healthcare from Saybrook University. Her dissertation is focused on exploring the experiences of leaders with imposter phenomenon and its impact on their leadership style. Merraf received a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Cornell University and obtained both a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Promotion and Education and a Master of Science in Marital and Family Therapy (MFT) from Loma Linda University.
Merraf ‘s clinical experience includes working on the Community Crisis Response Team (CCRT) at the County of San Bernardino’s Department of Behavioral Health, working with children, transitional age youth, adults, and families at Kedren Community Health Center, and providing clinical supervision to trainees and associates at Airport Marina Counseling Service.
She maintains a private practice, Abel Minds, and lives in Los Angeles, CA, where she enjoys soaking in the sun while on the beach.
Merraf was born and raised in Washington, DC to Ethiopian parents. When she is not exploring the many vineyards and wineries California has to offer, she is either in DC or traveling to one of the 56 countries on her travel list.

Michele Proscia
Michele is responsible for the strategic planning, design and operations for U.S. and Puerto Rico health and insurance benefits and policies for Pfizer. Michele manages efforts to ensure Pfizer’s U.S. plans, programs and policies align to the Company’s benefit philosophy and objectives, review benefit plan offerings, develop and operationalize solutions to manage health care and work/life offerings.

Michele Proscia
Michele is responsible for the strategic planning, design and operations for U.S. and Puerto Rico health and insurance benefits and policies for Pfizer. Michele manages efforts to ensure Pfizer’s U.S. plans, programs and policies align to the Company’s benefit philosophy and objectives, review benefit plan offerings, develop and operationalize solutions to manage health care and work/life offerings.
Michele has over 20 years of employee benefits experience. Prior to joining Pfizer, Michele held various positions in finance and benefits and compensation at both Home Box Office and J.P. Morgan Chase (JPMC).
