Riley End is the Chief Operating Officer at Spring Health. He oversees Provider Operations, Care Navigation, Care Support, Health Plan Operations and Business Operations. Previously, Riley was the Vice President of Growth and Operations at Bloc, an online education company that was acquired in early 2018 by Thinkful, now part of Chegg.

Merraf Abel, MPH, MFT
Merraf Abel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and a Provider Lead at Spring Health. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine with a specialization in Mindful Leadership in Healthcare from Saybrook University.

Michele is responsible for the strategic planning, design and operations for U.S. and Puerto Rico health and insurance benefits and policies for Pfizer.
