Manufacturing and distribution organizations face unique pressures, including workforce shortages, high turnover rates, physically demanding work, and supply-and-demand difficulties.
According to our research, male-dominated industries see lower utilization rates in mental healthcare—with males 50% less likely to engage in care than female employees. These obstacles make it especially challenging, yet critical, to create a mentally healthy workforce. Join our upcoming webinar, featuring Grainger and WTW, and learn how to:
- Normalize and increase utilization of available mental health resources
- Implement creative ways to engage this population, outside of traditional email campaigns
- Address and include men’s health in the mental health conversation
- Create mentally healthier workforces at manufacturing and distribution organizations, using Grainger’s success story to guide the way
