Originally from the UK, Sophie started her career nearly 15 years ago in the recruitment space. Since then she has held various international HR roles within the tech industry.

Dr. Adam Chekroud is President and Co-founder of Spring Health, a mental health company based in New York City, and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Yale University. His research seeks to improve treatment outcomes in mental health, and has been featured in the Lancet, JAMA Psychiatry, Lancet Psychiatry, and PNAS, and covered in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, BBC, CNN, and NPR.
