Bullying affects people of all ages and in every aspect of life—school, work, social groups and community organizations.

We want to protect and empower our children against bullying behavior. However, as an adult, it can be just as challenging to deal with intimidating, oppressive, or coercive behavior from our peers.

Join us to learn all the ways bullying appears in our lives and how we can work to put a stop to the behavior—for our kids and ourselves.

Hosted by a Spring Health Provider, this discussion will help you:

  • Understand the mental health impact of bullying
  • Identify if your child is a victim of bullying and how to address it
  • Acknowledge the ways bullying appears within adult communities
  • Become an ally and help your kids become allies against bullying
