Michele Harris is the Manager of Work Life Services for Wellstar Health System. Headquartered in Marietta, Georgia, the system has 24,000+ team members who care for patients in 11 hospitals, five health parks, and 300+ medical offices across nine counties.

Michele Harris
Michele Harris is the Manager of Work Life Services for Wellstar Health System. Headquartered in Marietta, Georgia, the system has 24,000+ team members who care for patients in 11 hospitals, five health parks, and 300+ medical offices across nine counties.
With 12 years of experience in HR and Work Life, Michele oversees 15 programs that help make Wellstar a great place to work. The system has been named to Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list, and consistently recognized by Working Mother as a top company for moms, dads, and multicultural women.
In 2021, Michele led the migration to a new EAP program, planning and implementing system-wide logistics, education, and communications. She also led the transition to a more accessible, robust concierge service.
Michele oversees Wellstar’s two onsite child care centers and has implemented innovative crisis care/virtual learning benefits for Wellstar families during the pandemic. She also manages Wellstar’s reward and recognition programs. Her favorite job: being mom to Wesley, six, and Reynolds, four.

Mandie Conforti, LCSW
Mandie currently serves as Senior Director of Employer and EAP Strategy at Spring Health. She has clinical experience in EAP and substance use treatment, and has previously worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant at Willis Towers Watson and Mercer. Mandie spent the last 20+ years working with Fortune 500 companies to promote emotional wellbeing in the workplace.

Mandie Conforti, LCSW
Mandie currently serves as Senior Director of Employer and EAP Strategy at Spring Health. She has clinical experience in EAP and substance use treatment, and has previously worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant at Willis Towers Watson and Mercer. Mandie spent the last 20+ years working with Fortune 500 companies to promote emotional wellbeing in the workplace.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois. In addition to being certified as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mandie is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and is working on her RYT 500.
She maintains her own mental health by teaching and practicing yoga, hanging with her family (husband and 13 and 10 year old children) and pets (dog and guinea pigs) and gardening, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

Megan Bohinc
Megan Bohinc holds Professional Clinical Counselor/Supervisor and Marriage and Family Therapist licenses in Ohio and Georgia. Before starting her role at Spring Health, Megan worked for six years at Emory University as Assistant Director, in the Department of Accessibility Services.

Megan Bohinc
Megan Bohinc holds Professional Clinical Counselor/Supervisor and Marriage and Family Therapist licenses in Ohio and Georgia. Before starting her role at Spring Health, Megan worked for six years at Emory University as Assistant Director, in the Department of Accessibility Services.
Megan has practiced as a therapist for over 14 years in both a non-profit and private practice setting. She has experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families and specializes in the areas of attachment, trauma, adoption, foster care, disability accommodations (i.e. Employment, school 504/IEP), anger management, systemic patterns, parenting, custody, and mediation.
Megan loves spending time with her dog Rain, who she has trained to be a therapy dog and enjoys reading, laughing, traveling, kayaking, and DIY-ing. She frequently travels to Ethiopia, where she volunteers for an organization that focuses on teaching high-risk women a specific skill to help preserve families, prevent orphans, and empower women.
