Navigating challenging work relationships

Communication is a two-way street. When we encounter challenging interactions at work, it’s important to look at our own communication style and behaviors in order to improve relationships. Join our small group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, to discuss ways we have handled these situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Supporting our children in dealing with conflict

Navigating and resolving conflict with friends, siblings, or classmates is a skill children can learn with guidance and continued practice. Join our small group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, and share how you have helped your child work through disagreements with others.

Published session date/times are subject to change. Sessions may be added or removed based on registration response.
