Strengthening inclusion and belonging for LGBTQIA+ communities at the workplace is an act of love. It is an ongoing commitment to nurturing the authentic expression and innate dignity of all people. And it extends beyond Pride month.

In this panel discussion, we will center the experiences of trans, non-binary, and gender expansive people. Led by experts in the field and HR leaders, we will discuss cultural concepts, terminologies of gender identity, and the rich history of global communities without binary constructs, among other themes.

The panel will be hosted by Trace Cohen (She/Her/Hers), SVP of Brand and Community at Spring Health.
